As a condition to and in consideration of receiving and accessing the Chartknights Website, the User agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. Use of or access to Chartknights.com shall constitute acceptance of and agreement to be bound by this Agreement.

THIS AGREEMENT "Agreement" is entered into by and between Chartknights and any individual, corporation, association, agency, company, or other entity who accesses or uses the Chartknights Website (the "User" or "you").

(A) You acknowledge that Content on the Chartknights Website is protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary (including intellectual property) rights ("Intellectual Property Rights"), and that these Intellectual Property Rights are valid and protected in all media existing now or later developed, except as explicitly provided below.

(B) You may not modify, copy, reproduce, transmit, distribute, publish, create derivative works from, display, or otherwise transfer or commercially exploit any of the Content, signals in whole or in part, without the sole consent and authorization of Chartknights.com. However, you may share your trade outcomes.

(C) You take and accept sole responsibility for the outcome of a trade, be it in profits and/or entire losses.

(D) By starting to use the website and/or trading bot, the client assumes legal responsibility for compliance with the legislation of any country where the website and/or the trading bot are used, and the client confirms that they have reached or exceeded the age of majority that is legally permitted in the jurisdiction where the website is used. The client confirms that the payment service provider is not responsible for any illegal or unauthorized violation of the prohibitions on the use of the website and/or the trading bot.

(E) In addition to your chosen plan subscription, you agree to remit a total of 30% of the profit you make while using the aggressive plan every week, and retain 70%. In the case where your capital is $4,000 or above on the risk-free plan, you agree to give Chartknights 30% of the profit weekly. This is solely off your profit, and your capital remains untampered. The minimum capital is $100 - $1,000,000.

(F) You are entitled to add or reduce your trading capital at the beginning of the week before we commence the trade. However, attempting to reduce the capital once we have initiated the trade might result in losses of funds, and Chartknights.com will not be held liable for it.

(G) These Terms and Conditions are subject to change solely at the company's discretion.
